Superwoman Doesn't Live Here Anymore is a self empowerment book that looks at the roles of women over the years and how we have been defined. It offers suggestions on how to take back control of our lives, live more fully, and to get validation from within. On the surface the label may seem complimentary, but underneath far too many are stressed, distressed, and depressed. We're running ourselves ragged, confusing activity with accomplishment, sacrificing our basic needs for others and we are not happy or fulfilled.
